How to Use the Tutorbird Parent & Student Portal
At Cogito Learning Center, we use Tutorbird to streamline scheduling, billing, and communication — making it easy for you to stay connected and in control.
When you log into our Parent Portal, you are securely accessing the Tutorbird system. Through the portal, you can:
Manage Your Account: View and update your billing information, review invoices, and make payments.
Update Profiles: Make changes to your own profile or your child’s profile whenever needed.
Communicate with Tutors: Send and receive messages directly with your child’s tutor(s) to stay informed about progress and important updates.
Access Course Materials: Find resources, assignments, and course materials when applicable for your child’s sessions.
We chose Tutorbird because it helps us offer you a more organized, transparent, and convenient experience — so you can focus on your child’s learning, not on paperwork.
