Course Registration

This form is for only for Current Cogito Learning Center students who are already in our system with a credit card on file.
The card you already have on file will be used for future class payments. After completing the form, you’ll be assigned to the course and the course instructor as one of their students. Please direct all questions and communication about the course, and your registration, to them.
